Returns

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Certain items such as Undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons), custom products, or final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
